What is Creator Stats Widget?
Creator Stats Widget is an iOS app that displays your social media statistics — such as follower counts and video views — directly on your iPhone home screen as a widget. It supports TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
Which platforms are supported?
The app currently supports TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). We plan to add more platforms in future updates.
Is my password safe?
Yes. We never see or store your password. We use each platform's official OAuth login — the same secure method used by apps like Hootsuite and Buffer. You log in directly through the platform, and we only receive a secure access token to read your stats.
How do I add the widget to my home screen?
After connecting your accounts in the app: long-press on your iPhone home screen until the icons wiggle, tap the + button in the top-left corner, search for "Creator Stats Widget", choose your preferred widget size, and tap "Add Widget". Done!
How often do stats update?
Stats refresh automatically throughout the day. iOS controls the exact refresh timing for home screen widgets to preserve battery life. You can also open the app to trigger a manual refresh.
Can I disconnect an account?
Yes. You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from within the app settings. This will remove the access token from your device and stop fetching data from that platform.
What data does the app collect?
We only collect what is necessary to show your stats: an access token from each connected platform (stored securely on your device) and your public account metrics. We do not sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
The widget is not updating. What should I do?
Try these steps: (1) Open the app and check that your account is still connected. (2) Remove the widget from your home screen and re-add it. (3) Restart your iPhone. (4) Check that the app has not been deleted. If the issue persists, contact us at yariv33@gmail.com.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.
