By downloading, installing, or using Creator Stats Widget ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. About the App

Creator Stats Widget is an iOS application that allows users to view their social media statistics — such as follower counts and view counts — from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter) directly on their iPhone home screen via iOS widgets.

The App is intended for content creators and social media users who wish to monitor their own account metrics. It is not intended for private or personal tracking of other people's accounts without their consent.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. Account Connections & Third-Party Platforms

The App allows you to connect your social media accounts via official OAuth authentication provided by each platform. By connecting an account, you grant the App read-only access to your public account statistics.

You are responsible for your use of third-party platforms. You must comply with the terms of service of each platform you connect:

The App may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All content, design, code, and materials within the App are owned by Creator Stats Widget and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

The App does not claim ownership of content from third-party platforms. All platform logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always accurate. Stats displayed depend on third-party platform APIs which may change or become unavailable at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Stats Widget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
